We have over fifty talented staff. Our team consists of many specialists capable of dealing with a diverse range of issues. Amongst them are the following:

Peter is the Senior Partner of Alexander JLO. He has over 50 years’ experience in the areas of Family Law, Company & Commercial, IT & Intellectual Property, Employment Law and Litigation working as the firm’s senior partner. A Freeman of the City of London, Peter has, over the years acted for some of Britain’s richest people and worldwide corporations but is equally comfortable dealing with all manner of clients. In his spare time Peter enjoys sea fishing off the coast of Cornwall, cycling and is an accomplished bass guitarist.

Daniel Mills is a SRA-approved manager, partner with the firm and heads up the conveyancing department. He has been with Alexander JLO since 2006. Daniel has extensive experience of dealing with commercial and residential properties with a specialism in new build shared ownership. Daniel has acted for clients ranging from first time buyers to multi national PLC’s. In his spare time, Daniel is an avid follower of Formula One motorsport and regularly travels throughout the world to watch first hand. Daniel is also a committed family man and fan of single malt whisky though assures us he does not feed it to the children!

Matt trained with the firm, qualifying as a solicitor on 2013. He then became a partner in the property department in 2019. Matt specialises in new build and shared ownership properties throughout England and Wales and has dealt with many thousands of varied forms of transaction ranging from first time buyers to multinational PLC’s. In his spare time Matt is an avid supporter of the red team in North London, enjoys watching and playing cricket, is an accomplished sailor and enjoys playing the guitar. He also speaks French. He is a Freeman of the City of London.

Boray joined Alexander JLO in 2015 and is a partner in our property department. Boray specialises in high value leasehold properties throughout England and Wales. He is equally at home dealing with first time buyers to multinational PLC’s. In his spare time, Boray is a bit of a history buff and enjoys getting out into the countryside to visit historic sites.

Mary joined the firm back in 2011 and is a qualified Licenced Conveyancer with a great deal of experience in dealing with high value leasehold transactions in the capital. Mary is an avid reader loves to travel throughout Europe and beyond and is handy with a needle and thread being a pretty skilled seamstress.

Val joined the firm in 2006. She is a qualified Licensed Conveyancer. Val is manager of the post completion team ensuring the Land Registry applications are made promptly and Stamp Duty Land Tax is paid on time. In her spare time Val enjoys reading, cookery and travelling.

Rabiya head up our client care department and is responsible for the team involved in onboarding the clients at the beginning of a transaction. Rabiya has worked her way up from office junior to her current position, a key ethos of the firm being self improvement.

Guy lives on The Wirral and works in Liverpool. Guy and his team will be managing all work locally and have wide experience of acting for the firm’s clients, their family and their businesses. Guy’s experience as a lawyer started in the Northern and Welsh Circuits, including the Liverpool Courts, where he represented numerous clients as an advocate in Civil proceedings after being called to the Bar, before opting to join Alexander JLO in 2017 and qualifying as a solicitor in 2024. Guy is a sportaholic. An avid fan of Liverpool FC, he travels the country to support The Reds, is a keen golfer and fluent speaker of Scouse!

Taslima joined Alexander JLO in 2021, qualifying as a solicitor two years later. She is a residential property specialist and is just as comfortable dealing with first time buyers or multinational PLC’s alike. In her spare time Taslima like nothing more than a trek to one of the country’s National Parks.

Sabina trained with the firm qualifying as a solicitor in 2019. Sabina is a specialist property solicitors and deals with all kinds of conveyancing transactions with a specialism in high value leasehold properties. She acts for a wide range of clients from first time buyers to multinational PLC’s. In her spare time (what little she has!) Sabina likes nothing more than long distance running and has competed in several marathons throughout the world. She is also a clinical reformer Pilates instructor.

Nazish joined the firm as a senior associate solicitor in 2020 and specialises in residential conveyancing. Her attention to detail and focus on communication have endeared her to her clients from first time buyers to multinational PLC’s alike. In her spare time Nazish enjoys equestrianism (being a keen horse rider), hiking (when not on a horse), travelling and keeping fit.

Tringa Hashani is licenced conveyancer and key part of our new build team. Tringa joined the firm in 2021. She is equally at home dealing with first time buyers or multi-national corporations and deals with both on a daily basis. In her spare time Tringa loves nothing more than getting away from the “big smoke”, being a keen traveller.

Samatha joined the firm in 2018 as a paralegal then trained as a solicitor and has recently qualified. She is a property expert specialising in new build leasehold conveyancing.

Ash joined the firm in 2017 and is an experienced property paralegal. He specialises in new build and leasehold conveyancing and has a “client first” mentality.

in his spare time, Ash can be found cheering on his beloved Arsenal at The Emirates or enjoying a game of indoor bowls.
